Description
osmocel® Hydroporous Foam is an ideal dressing to manage wounds with different needs and moisture levels
1. as a primary dressing on lightly exuding wounds, or
2. as a secondary dressing when other wound contact layers are needed.
The fine pores retain moisture at the wound surface, while excess exudate travels into upper pores of the foam to be eliminated as moisture vapour, increasing dressing wear time. Its insulation properties and low density are additional features for enhanced wound healing.
